Casa Yeiya began as a vision, a coastal dream, and became a personal masterpiece. This 6 + 1 - bedroom oceanfront estate in Kupuri took years to complete, with the owners carefully selecting every piece of art and design element.
The vision was simple: create a space that people never want to leave. Instead of rushing off to explore Punta Mita, guests find themselves lingering for another morning by the pool or spending hours discovering new details in the art collection. This isn't a place to simply sleep between adventures; it becomes the main event.
The traditional palapa roof structure inspired everything about Casa Yeiya's design. The warm wood tones, natural materials, and flow between spaces all reference traditional palapa architecture. The color palette stays true to nature—weathered wood, sun-bleached stone, and earth tones that let the art collection shine. The home naturally divides into two experiences: upstairs for quiet moments and reflection, downstairs for gathering and celebration.

"I don't want a house that's just for sleeping between activities. I want people to arrive and never want to leave."

A Personal Collection
The owner spent years building this art collection, visiting studios and galleries throughout Mexico. Each piece was chosen for Casa Yeiya, with many commissioned exclusively for the home. The works range from traditional Huichol craftsmanship to contemporary Mexican art.
